Responsibilities:
The Regional Sales Manager will focus and specialize in non-food products: restaurant, foodservice equipment, supplies, tabletop, kitchenware, small wares, consumables, disposables, janitorial, furniture, linens and anything else in this category. Manage sales territory developing new business, calling on existing customers. Develop strategies and tactics and drive revenue, profit and share growth. Work with company buyers on existing, new products and pricing. Represent company and services at tradeshows.

Qualifications:
Extensive industry experience, working knowledge of channels and customers in major retailers and foodservice trades.
Some buying, supplier / sourcing knowledge.
Influencing and building partnerships, business acumen, sense of urgency, customer focus, organizational agility and priority setting.
